• Where is the store based?

  Phoenix, AZ

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic orders within the US average between 1-3 weeks, depending on volume.

  International orders have occasionally taken up to 2-3 months.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely!
  Please be aware that you may be charged customs depending on your country's laws. I am not liable to cover these fees for you. Only order if you're ok with charges that might be added by your postal service!

  UK and EU customers:
  With my deepest regret, I will no longer be able to accept european orders.
  I'm sure you're well aware of the new VAT laws. Unfortunately unlike etsy, storenvy does not collect and submit VAT, and as a small business I'm unable to do so myself. Failing to submit VAT myself will land me in legal trouble.
  Until a better alternative arises, I'll be suspending orders to the UK and EU.

• For charms and standees:

  These come with a protective film on both sides so the print will not scratch on transit.
  In acrylic products it may be either opaque or transparent. In wood products, it will be creamy and slightly translucent.
  Remove films, and enjoy displaying!

• For apparel:

  Please try on for size upon receipt.
  Be aware there may be a light layer of leftover glue on the inside from the printing process. This will wash off right away on first use.
  I avoid washing the merchandise myself out of mindfulness for customers who may be allergic to certain laundry products.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
